Les Mills Pump Motivation for Week 2

OK, team! We have been too quiet this week! I skipped out on my workout yesterday, just feeling MAD that I have to push so hard! Let's post some motivation each week to get us through! I'll start for Week 2. Anyone, feel free to start for each week.

You can share a link, or a picture, article, or anything you think will inspire us to keep reaching for our goals, and not give up!

To post a picture, Photobucket.com works well. Just upload your picture, and copy the IMG link and paste it into MFP. (Remember to change the on both ends to; lower case.  So, here is something I found, just when I was getting tired of lifting these weights!  Can't wait to see what everyone shares!  Come on, let's do this and help each other stay motivated!photo11.jpg

    Nice picture!! It is really tough to stay motivated but even just being in this group helps me keep picking up my bar. I will look for some great motivations out there!

    LOVE the photo! I want to look just like that girl!! You're totally right! I can either make the choice to reach my goals, or make the choice not to. I have been feeling really down this week (TOM- and a horrible one). But today I'm feeling back to normal, my clothes are fitting again and I feel great! I am going to push myself really hard. I WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN MY BIKINI! Lets do this!!!
